A post-quantum proof-of-work chain
Every signature in T29 is post-quantum (ML-DSA-87, FIPS 204). Proof of work combines fourteen arithmetic filters with a verifiable delay function. Mining is open to all, with no permission and no admission list.
What it is
Post-quantum signatures everywhere
Transactions, blocks, receipts, certificates, governance decisions and network sessions are signed with ML-DSA-87, each message framed by a distinct domain. No classical signature enters consensus.
Flux proof of work
A block header is valid only if its hash passes fourteen filters (deterministic primality, Jacobi symbol, Cornacchia's equation, integer resonance, crystallisation, base-240 encoding…) and then a verifiable delay function of 100,000 iterations. Every rule is in integers: no floating-point value decides consensus.
Open network
A node joins with nothing but its key; there is no admission list. Connections, handshakes and received objects are bounded per address group. A competing branch is validated in an isolated state before any replacement, which is atomic.
Receipts and certificates
OMEGA, the software behind T29, issues and verifies work receipts (OWR-1) and existence certificates (OVC-1) that anyone can check outside the issuer.
For human observers
This site is for watching, not buying: there is nothing to buy. You can read the status of the operator's open node and, once published, the specification documents and the code.

A reorg_risk = hold state signals a recent deep reorganisation: confirmations are not reliable while it is displayed. It is a local caution limit, not a consensus rule.
Parameters committed by the genesis
| Parameter | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Signature | ML-DSA-87 | public key 2,592 bytes, signature 4,627 bytes |
| Target spacing | 600 s per block | difficulty adjusted per window, in integers |
| Delay function | 100,000 iterations | SHA3-512 hash chain, no trapdoor |
| Unit | 10⁻⁸ T29 | 100,000,000 atomic units per T29 |
| Reward | 25 T29 per block after warm-up | warm-up of 52,560 blocks, then halved every 580,000 blocks |
| Cap | ≈ 29,658,062 T29 | last rewarded block: 18,612,559 |
| Genesis of the new chain | e020776c…d01f7c46 | commits the parameters above |
The genesis issues no unit. There is no pre-allocation: every unit is mined.
Mining and running a node
Mining requires the proposer's private key: a block is signed by whoever proposes it, and the proposer's name is bound to its first key on the chain. Without a key, a node mines to a burn address and receives nothing.
python3 blockchain/omega_open_node.py --db ~/.omega/omega_coin.db \ --data-dir ~/.omega/open --port 29229 --seed seed.t29protocol.com:29229
The software, mining instructions and seeds will be published at launch. A seed is only a temporary neighbour: it holds no consensus right and is not a permanent dependency.
What the proofs show
An OVC-1 certificate proves
- that content with this hash existed no later than a date, through an anchor in the chain or a pinned external observation;
- who signed the certificate.
An OWR-1 receipt proves
- the signed bindings between request, mandate, deliverable, execution and payment;
- a settlement that was observed, or proven by the inclusion of the transaction receipt in a pinned block.
Neither proves
- the quality or truth of a content;
- the real identity of a signer;
- absolute block finality: a verifier pins the blocks it holds as final.
Conditions for a public launch
T29's code and documents have been cross-reviewed by several automated auditors, each finding turned into a regression test. Before any public network, the operator commits to:
- a trial on at least three genuinely distinct machines (different hosts and administrators), with real proof of work, outage and recovery, and recovery after a partition;
- an external cryptographic audit;
- publication of the code, the consensus and network specifications, and the test vectors that allow an independent implementation.
Until these conditions are met, no T29 unit has any value and none is in circulation.
